Published purpose

Implement a food and beverage industry-specific ERP system, to address the limitations of our current food safety/traceability systems. It will allow us to set up critical control point checks, implementing preventative functionality into our system to more reliably control food safety. It will also allow us to automatically capture all necessary data for end-to-end supply chain traceability, making our system infinitely more reliable and efficient than the current one. Given our diverse range of products, many having complex formulations (using both organic and conventional ingredients) a reliable food safety and traceability system is critical, particularly given that some of our products include allergens.
