The RePurpose Program is a simple pathway to ingredient and product commercialization for unavoidable food waste, enabling food and beverage companies to turn unavoidable by-products into sustainable new products and revenue. This project will scale the Program nationally, providing opportunities for thousands more food and beverage companies across Canada.
