Digital Human is an inclusive user management sub-system based on the foundation of RoboCoach and lessons learned from the last two years of the autism employment program, created to boost both the productivity and well-being of individuals with special needs who are working remotely, focusing initially on those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Using a combination of Deep-Learning Models and a short calibration period for each candidate ensures skill growth, employment safety and security, and, ultimately, provides a tool for those employed using RoboCoach by monitoring each candidate’s emotional state and interacting with them via an animated avatar, each with its own unique personality based on the user’s preferences.
