Published purpose

Rent Panda is embarking on the development of an MVP which will change the way that landlords screen tenants prior to renting to them and the way that tenants apply to rental homes. The Rent Panda Rental Resume will be a tool that will allow tenants to create a robust and well rounded portfolio (or resume) of themselves as renters, with all the quantitative and qualitative information that a landlord would need in order to make a decision in choosing a tenant for their investment property. Similar to a dating profile, airbnb profile, or linkedin resume, this tool is meant to replace the old school, paper based or single measure focused applications systems used by the large majority of landlords and property managers.
