Development of an effective technology to collect non-magnetic debris that can’t be collected with conventional magnetic equipment. Must be more effective (pick up a higher percent of debris) and more cost efficient (lower total operating cost) relative to manual debris walk collection methods, street sweeping vacuum truck equipment or drag/rotary brush equipment.
