The project will investigate and evaluate the business and system requirements for an advanced telecommunication infrastructure platform that meets the needs of all stakeholders including the infrastructure owners, the incumbent carrier and the 3rd party service and network providers; providing all stakeholders with real-time monitoring of the progress starting with the permitting process, make ready stage to the construction phases of fibre based broadband projects.
