Published purpose
This project will develop and implement the processes, technology and systems required to adapt our sales process to new, post-pandemic market conditions in the craft beer market. We will combine data collection and customer interviews to understand the current situation and design new processes that leverage technology and automation to improve efficiency of customer acquisition and account maintenance.
