Published purpose
The successful completion of this POC will produce a novel method to recover noble metals from PEM electrodes using an environmentally friendly chemical stripping approach. Iridium has been identified as a bottleneck to the rapidly growing green hydrogen production using polymer electrolyte membrane PEM electrolysis of water.
