Published purpose
As a result of the business success in content delivery and patient data collection, the Enterprise Exchange Automation module is responsible for a significant influx of data to be processed by hospital staff. Although positive, this effect has opened the possibility of lightening the tasks related to the interpretation of results, the production of reports and the creation of dynamic alerts. Thus, the project aims to develop new software modules and enhance the Enterprise's patient experience management platform. The use of automation and artificial intelligence technologies is at the heart of the development to allow for the optimization of the use of healthcare personnel.
