Published purpose

The focus for this project will address: 1. Research and development for increased efficiency in the processes for destoning and cacao cleaning. 2. Research and development of cage magnet technology to be used during the transfer process of cacao into the winnowing and sifting process flow. 3. Research and development of higher efficiency product recovery technologies within the winnowing processes in order to reduce product waste, and to include development of safer and more efficient handling, and pest control for this phase of operation. 4. Research and develop the technology to provide a safer and more efficient unloading of the primary grinder, safe transfer with minimal product loss into secondary grind processes.
