Published purpose

Summits current Drill Waste Management regulatory reporting software 'Summit Earth' (circa 2008) is built on an outdated technology which no longer allows for effective user functionality, update and/or development. Security is a primary concern leaving Summit vulnerable as it will no longer receive critical security updates. Additionally, software maintenance has become increasingly challenging as a result of duplication of code for various job types associated with the legacy software development. For this stage, Summit desires to update / re-develop the legacy software 'Landspray While Drilling' component of Summit Earth to current software script / language that will allow for much improved functionality, security and maintenance .
