Published purpose

FH Health imagines a seamless digital experience in its own clinics. However, the healthcare industry still finds itself very stuck in a paper based world. We want to limit the barriers faced by patients to access our reproductive services. The journey can be a sensitive one for many, and we don’t want to burden patients with the cumbersome booking process that is typical of many healthcare practices. We envision an app that allows for patients to book appointments, complete intake forms, receive training, advice and guidance and much more all in one place. This app will be linked to a fertility clinic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) that will store and be a management tool for all matters dealing with patient information.
