Based on preliminary research SureShot believes there is a market opportunity to develop an electric food smoker for consumer use. Smoking food using current products on the market can be quite complex and time consuming requiring the cook to manage many inputs. Due to its complexity, smoking is not a desirable activity for your average cook.
