Cross-bundling fulfillment is the innovation opportunity Deeleeo is pursuing that will find the cost-optimal combination of multiple origins and destinations. Traditionally, in this firm's competitive landscape, order fulfillment is done through a Point-to-Point (one-to-one) routing or using the 'hub and spoke' (one-to-many) model. Deeleeo is creating a new way to optimize 'many-to-many' pickup and drop off points which will enable the firm to be extremely price competitive while being sustainable and efficient.
