Published purpose
Reserve Plus has accumulated capital replacement and insurance data for 150 condo buildings (~7,500 condo units) in Alberta. The data needs to be compiled and loaded into our database for the purpose of comparative analytics and trending. Once analytics are complete, the condo viability scoring and calculation (algorithms) will be adjusted and reapplied to the entire data set.
