Published purpose
ZS2 Technologies is developing a solid sorbent CO2 capture to storage technology that it recently demonstrated (1 kgCO2/d captured) for competing in the X-prize. ZS2 was acknowledged as a top 60 Milestone finalist out of over 1100 companies in April of 2022 and is looking to develop the next scale of this solution (35 kgCO2/d). The CO2 is converted in mineralized carbonates that are used in the production of cement.
