Published purpose
The CDBQ offers SMEs in food processing various consulting services to help improve their production. The project will respond, through interactive visits and strategic interventions, to the needs of SMEs facing technical problems or challenges. The sectors covered are bio-food, fermented beverages (alcoholic or not), cannabis, entomoculture, agro-environment and biotechnology.
