Published purpose
This project will expand the chemistry, manufacturing and controls (CMC) workup of lead formulation materials. This will involve the development of additional quality control measures as well as the expansion of formulation testing and refinement. Additionally, this project aims to demonstrate successful gene editing in the liver.
