Published purpose

Implement productivity improvements for the laminate countertop process to reduce operating costs and increase productivity and efficiency to enable larger scale production, in preparation for expansion and scale growth. Our project seeks to focus on each aspect of the production cycle - from raw material acquisition through the finished goods shipping process - to shorten the cycle times for order-to-delivery/cash, improve customer satisfaction, reduce the amount of movement of goods, and allow for expansion in total capacity within the same footprint, machine capacity, and employee base, as the beginnings of a journey to acquire greater market share and expand into higher-demand markets.
