Published purpose

Integration of GPS antenna in devices with high EMI producing AI chips and cameras: Foresight Insurance Analytics Inc has developed its own proprietary video-telematics technology for use in loss control for high risk commercial auto insurance market. The product is in use with multiple fleet customers. High density AI chips in edge devices produce enormous amounts of EMI, which when packaged in a small device, can interfere with other radio-based sensors such as GPS sensors. This project focuses on solving the technical challenges necessary in developing and designing EMI limiting technologies to allow for high density AI compute to co-exist with a fully integrated GPS sensor and antenna in a 5in x 3in x 2in device.
