As one of the company’s first and most critical employees, this individual will be expected to take leadership in building and perfecting the distillery’s operations and development efforts from the ground up. Responsibilities include: (1) Distillery operations management, overseeing production of all beverage products from start to finish. (2) Conducting R&D, Innovation, and Product development from idea to in-market (3) Overseeing Quality Assurance & Control (4) And Leading the production planning & inventory management systems.
