The research analyst will use the company CRM to analyze leads, contacts and accounts to identify opportunities for the sales, editorial and event teams; conduct research on issues, organizations and individuals relevant to the work of the editorial team and the events team; and work with the business team on improving business processes and identifying technology applications (e.g. AI) that have potential to increase productivity of the business as well as grant opportunities that can help fund further technology development.
