Published purpose
Following new advances with conifer in-vitro multiplication where Somatic Embryogenesis, (SE), has been achieved utilizing non-embryonic explant materials, a series of trials with multiple genotypes will be established to culture embryogenic callus from these tissue donors: a. matured embryos, b. recently transplanted seedlings and c. seedling-trees derived from an SE process that have been successfully transplanted to open field trials.
