Published purpose
This project will identify the most feasible energy storage technologies required to achieve 100% renewable energy penetration in remote Northern Canadian communities. This will serve to inform the technological direction of subsequent phases based on feasibility, viability and suitability of the storage solutions for the targeted communities.
