Published purpose
The Automated Recruitment Onboarding Tool project will utilize data from previous conversations collected between our internal team and app users (Spotters) to build efficient conversational workflows with the goal of providing more effective and accurate responses to user inquiries. This project will automate the current mobile application onboarding process, lessening the need for human interaction and increasing Spotwork’s ability to scale its user base.
