Published purpose

BioAro has embarked on the development of a proprietary PANOMICS (genomics) software, in collaboration with experts from University of Lethbridge, Mount Royal University & AMII. The software shall analyze raw genomic data, clean it, align it with existing databases & identify Pathogenic, Likely pathogenic or Variants of unknown certainty (VUS) genetic alterations & create a clinical association with various diseases/phenotypes. The software shall identify inheritance patterns & provide surveillance of genetic alterations as new clinical research become available. It will integrate Gen/OMIC data with imaging, blood biochemistry & clinical data to provide precise & personalized diagnostic & therapeutic management of patients.
