Published purpose
Parking BOXX will enhance our CloudEASE technology platform to provide more secure, accessible, and real-time information on Canada’s parking infrastructure. We have recently been awarded bids on three large RFPs for new cloud-based parking systems, and we must upgrade our current system to meet required deliverables and leverage these contracts for significant scaling in the North American market.
