Toast is a women-powered tech community meets staffing agency that is changing the way that women work. Our mission at Toast is to flip the hiring dynamic in favour of women in tech - giving women louder voices, more negotiating power, skills to grow, interesting work and the money they deserve. After launching memberships and placing the first candidates, the company is ready to scale using their internally developed platform to place candidates with meaningful work. The User Research Specialist will be instrumental in the company’s growth and will support the creation and commercialization of the platform.
