GMI is in a unique position to send live video data through their satellite terminals even with limited bandwidth. Network, data plans, cameras & applications must be specialized to work over a small bandwidth but cost benefits will be a game changer. This project will bring live video streaming BVLOS to the aviation market. The complete solution requires; 1. Integration and testing of camera hardware with the terminals. 2. Integration, dev, and testing of specialized video compression software. 3. Dev and testing of the G6 firmware to optimize the camera and video software. 4. Dev and testing of GMI Certus billing system. 5. Dev and testing of GMI mapping application (AXIS) to display live video.
