Published purpose
Schwank is developing a new Industrial Air Curtain aimed at providing comfort, improving indoor air quality, and reducing noise levels in warehouses and distribution centers. The project addresses market demand for flexible and connected climate solutions. Key objectives include designing a connected, controllable air curtain with a flexible mounting height, achieving extremely low sound levels, and offering options for hot water coil heating. The air curtain will also be AMCA-certified, ensuring compliance with energy codes like ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC, and designed to meet requirements for use in commercial and industrial buildings.
