A transformative project focused on developing a nanofibrous separator for lithium-ion batteries. Introduction of a novel nanotechnology for the lithium-ion battery industry, energy storage and electrified devices by introducing an innovative separator that enhances battery performance, safety, energy consumption, and overall efficiency. In response to sustainable practices, design attributes of the separator will prioritize safety, extend shelf life, and minimize battery waste by leveraging biodegradable and compostable materials to deliver an eco-conscious solution.
