Published purpose
Develop novel energy storage materials, including synthesis of porous materials and precursors for developing MXene and MBene type based materials. The efficiency and quality of storage materials depends on the composition, structure, stability, and capacity. The goal is to synthesize and examine novel layered structure storage materials that will lead to the development of high capacity efficient energy storage materials. This project aims to screen some targeted material compositions and structures to solve current low energy density and poor lifetime of energy storage materials.
