Published purpose
The scope of the project entails reducing waste, improving efficiency and maximizing capacity for firm's anti-perspirant and deodorant product lines which are manufactured in house. The Green Beaver Company will aim to design and implement a system for optimal layout for dispensing of ingredients during the production process to improve efficiency and lead times. And also, redesign the production layout for the remaining production processes.
