Published purpose
Pilot demonstration of an integrated methane and flare smoke monitoring solution for upstream and midstream oil and gas sites. The solution is intended to meet regulatory requirements under EPA OOOOb/c both for methane emissions monitoring as well as flare smoke monitoring under Method 22 of the rule.
