Project PDI (Pre-delivery Inspection) 2.0. Typically, home developers use excel or pen and paper to track deficiencies in a pre construction home or condo. The goal of our project is to improve construction efficiencies from trade management to purchasing finishes and streamline the deficiency process for the developer and trades to help get homeowners into their homes faster and more efficiently.
