Published purpose
The project objective is to enhance innovation and competitiveness for SMEs in the beverage industry from concept to commercialization by providing “pre-copacker” services focused on identifying whether their product concepts are feasible for industrial production, refining them, and providing commercially viable formulations that can in turn be manufactured at small- to medium-scales for both test markets and re-sale.
