This project seeks to improve customer retention on the company’s specialized children’s streaming service. Retention is directly linked to customer’s use and engagement with the service. There are 2 key drivers of engagement. 1) User experience while utilizing the streaming service. 2) Information and outreach activities that are meaningful and helpful to the customer prompting them to engage with the service. The project will undertake a series of product and marketing experiments leveraging these key drivers with the objective of, 1. Improving customer retention at critical months where customer churn is most critical. 2. Increasing average weekly watch time on the service.
