Published purpose

The project aims to enhance the company's security and customer trust by implementing digital ID verification ("IDV"), and launching an AI legal document creator via chatbot. Digital ID verification will streamline customer onboarding, reducing fraud and ensuring only legitimate users access the company's services. This process involves verifying user identities through identity document checks and real-time authentication techniques. These technical capabilities will lead to new revenue streams, in particular for clients such as banks who only need to verify the identity of their customers and do not necessarily require digital notary services. Lastly, the digital IDV system is required to launch online notary services in the US market.
