Published purpose
To help support Perch's continuing growth, we are expanding our mortgage team to include a new mortgage advisor. This new hire will play a key part in delivering a strong customer experience, analyze and adjudicate borrower applications, collaborate with our product and engineering team to enhance the Perch product and develop better operating/training procedures that support large scale hiring on the mortgage team.
