Published purpose
AVP sells through world-wide distribution, but also partners directly with clients, designing and manufacturing custom Patchbay and panel solutions for its broadcast, telecom, and satellite customers and OEM relationships. AVP currently private labels all imported video jacks. Firm has grown to a volume and economy of scale where to decrease costs and external dependencies it would like to use its own line of components ("Make vs. buy") and displace $1.5M in US imports with product made in Canada & reduce US dollar dependence.
