Published purpose

We hope to develop an Enterprise-Wide Integrated platform (EIAIO) that uses ML/AI to streamline and direct interdepartmental, end-to-end operations for small food manufacturing businesses by evaluating, planning, tracking, predicting and guiding decision-making in all aspects of the business. EIAIO Part 1 (this project) will cover a portion of Phase 1 of our 3-Phase AI Integration & Growth Plan. It will utilize 6 years of data to begin designing and building a functional database, which will become the foundation of our larger EIAIO platform. This project will cover the initial groundwork of further data collection & clean-up for validation & testing, requirements definition, compliance preparation, and defining business rules & standards.
