Published purpose

This project is to improve upon the performance of an innovative energy price forecasting algorithm that is uses machine learning and deep learning technology to predict the electricity power prices. This forecasting algorithm is fed into a trading algorithm that is able to optimize the performance of battery assets, with a specific focus on battery assets connected to solar assets. By improving the forecast, it will improve the optimization of the battery asset, as the asset will be able to better profit from the difference between price peaks and price troughs.
