Published purpose
We have created a prototype AI financial analyst specifically trained in real estate transactions. Building on that controlled prototype environment, we need a more sophisticated and more reliable system for large-scale commercial applications. Achieving this would unlock significant competency for real estate brokers and small private equity firms operating in mid-sized and even small cities and towns who would not otherwise be able to hire or contract proper financial analysis of a real estate asset.
