ITPD-RoW – MTCECCPPII – Metropolitan Transportation Commission Express Carpool Check Pilot Phase II, California, USA After a highly successful first pilot in collaboration with RideFlag, MTC would like to conduct a second pilot with RideFlag to further evaluate the performance of their new and improved HOV verification system on a larger scale. If successful, MTC is likely to fully deploy the tool across their entire network of Express Lanes (over 500KM existing and under construction) and 7 Bay Area bridges.
