Published purpose

Contact tip changes as well as removal of spatter in nozzles by a reamer, are necessary tasks in robotic MIG welding applications. Reaming stations, such as the NASARC INTELLIREAM has been in use for many years and offer an automated solution to spatter removal in nozzles. Contact tip changes, on the other hand continue to be a predominantly manual task performed multiple times a day at significant cost. The project in reference seeks to combine the 2 tasks into a single assembly with enhanced features.
