Tecium, a Toronto-based engineering SME, is advancing its EV telematics and cloud analytics platform through AI-enabled insights. This IRAP R&D project integrates AI large language models (LLMs) to analyze EV operational data, predict battery health, and optimize second-life battery applications. Key innovations include AI-driven failure prediction, warranty violation detection, and an automated API for assessing used EV value. The project benefits fleet operators, battery stakeholders, and used EV buyers while strengthening Tecium’s market position. By leveraging AI, Tecium enhances sustainability, efficiency, and decision-making in the EV ecosystem.
