Published purpose
The Project will support the development of an innovation plan to explore integrating AI into the Firm’s core business. AI Mechanic is an enterprise-grade AI-powered assistant designed to help technicians diagnose, troubleshoot, and maintain trucks and heavy equipment. By leveraging deep learning and a structured knowledge base, it provides step-by-step repair guidance, predictive maintenance insights, and real-time fault analysis to improve service efficiency and reduce downtime. The project will focus on accessing the market demand and feasibility of this technology for the use case.
