Published purpose
For many years, security professionals have been relying on the click and report metrics of phishing simulations to indicate how successfully their internal security awareness programs are running. Security professionals recognize that programs should be made up of more than these two metrics, so we will be leveraging data-driven insights to help professionals better understand the current state of their programs and create systems to help them successfully implement the learnings from these insights.
