Published purpose
This project builds on the development of a battery-powered X-ray CUI prototype and focuses on advancing both technical capabilities and market alignment. It includes two overlapping efforts: one centered on technical discovery—consulting radiation experts, identifying components to improve portability and performance, and validating image reconstruction and scanning improvements through testing; and another focused on market application discovery to inform design priorities and drive early adoption.
