Published purpose

Phase 2 of the AIM project the firm will continue to address the material impact of absenteeism in the workplace due to health issues, by creating a novel AI enabled decision support tool to address the specific gaps within the disability management industry. Phase 2 will have a focus on streamlining digitization of the firm's current and historical data, as well as data set creation and data readiness. The disability management industry relies on time-consuming, resource intensive, and manual processes to adjudicate cases. The solution is to optimize case management processes by using artificial intelligence to allow case managers to make accurate, evidence informed decisions. This phase is a subset of a larger project.
